The Cable Crossover offers incredible flexibility and a variety of exercises in a new, cutting-edge design. Consisting of two adjustable pulleys, each with its separate weight pile, the Crossover also features a multi-angle traction bar with perfect grip.
Cable Crossover is a great chest exercise because it stretches the pecs from the starting position, striking the pec external muscle fibers. The position of the pulley is determined by the area of the chest that should be targeted.
As you perform cable crossovers, your muscles that play the role of stabilizer include your biceps brachii, brachialis, triceps brachii, wrist flexors, obliques and rectus abdominis.
