Dual-Pulley Row Tower a Dual handle, independent cable drive system has unilateral or bilateral movements and wide V-Pulleys. The goal of a dual pulley is to increase the mechanical benefit of the system, thus reducing the effort required to move a given load. As more pulleys are added to a compound pulley system, the weight of the load is split and the load is more easily moved.

Exercise Variations:
Seated One-Arm Cable Rows: Are made with only one hand handle. Here, you work on each side of the back independent of the other.
Single-Arm Cable Row & Rotation: By adding a twist to the end of a row, you will pull out your shoulder stabilizers to improve your health and add a lower body component for greater complexity.
Triceps Kickbacks single arm: This is a triceps isolation exercise. For starters: Place your left knee on the bench and your right foot on the ground. Engage your triceps as you gently stretch your arm back as far as possible, keeping your arm tight to your side. Keep the upper arm motionless, only moving your forearms during this motion. Repeat all rehearsals on one arm, then change sides and repeat.
Seated Rope Cable Rows : This should help thicken the upper back. Using a cord, the row will allow you to focus on the top of your back. Grasp the rope handles, position your feet firmly on the platform and let your arms stretch all the way forward feeling a stretch in your lats.
