The V-squat machine or also known as V-Squat is a great option if you want to practice squats. It helps to strengthen your hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, hip, and glutes. Moreover, v-squat machine is also preferred for high-intensity leg workouts.
The Plate-Loaded V-Squat is designed to have a natural squatting motion, while reducing back and knee strain through a curved arc of motion. It also employs a standard counter balance for lower starting resistance.
